We have been working directly with foundries for over 30 years – we now have regular suppliers in Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic and India. Our Procurement Team will help you find the best supplier and prepare quotes for you. We also provide support by searching through a wide range of steel materials.
Our qualified Technology Team will help you choose the best machining method, ensuring you get professional advice about construction of products. We offer also designing and building clamping fixtures which guarantee the optimal production method whilst maintaining the highest quality.
Our facility contains the modern machinery and can offer services including lathing, milling, drilling and groove slotting. We place great emphasis on innovation and quality and this is why our machinery is updated every year. We currently have over 40 CNC milling machines.
We offer our customers complete products, working with suppliers which specialise in coatings after machining. We offer zinc galvanisation, many types of painting, phosphating, etc. chrome-plating and other coatings upon the Client’s request.
For our partners, we also offer additional warehousing services for finished and semi-finished products and materials, arranged as consignment stock or for just-in-time supply.
Depending on customer needs, we can organise shipping to various European destinations. We work with reliable shipping companies who can guarantee us on-time order delivery and careful shipping.
